If you are unlucky enough to be placed with a line manager with an authoritarian attitude,no one can help or defend you.You pretty much have to deal with it. No proper learning structure or introduction to your service line. Lack of integration among graduates.If in different service lines,particularly those in consulting,you pretty much cant socialise with other graduates.
