      The company itself is dedicated to help people in need to find health programs to cut-off their medical expenses on cancer related drugs. Their management is good. Their officers are kind specially the CEO and CTO. I report directly to them

      I work remotely as a freelancer. I don't see any cons for now because I don't work at the main office.

      The PM team is amazing.

      Cons

      Weird sense that everything is urgent and critical. Extremely poor engineering culture that resulted in awful tech debt; only thing that matters is shipping new features. Very much a fix it with hopes and dreams environment. Lack of transparency in leaders. There are deeper politics in the undercurrents at play. Do not be surprised if someone sends poor messages about you to others behind your back. Not rewarded for working hard and shipping new, big work consistently. Simply not worth the pain and effort. There is a reason for the incredibly high turn over.
