Pros
As a tenured employee, I never thought I’d be forced to resign from a company I once believed in. While Atlas MedStaff is a great place for nurses, it’s a nightmare for employees. The recruiters and client managers are the heart of this company. They go above and beyond to make nurses’ dreams come true, working tirelessly to provide opportunities and support. Unfortunately, their incredible efforts are repeatedly stepped on by a disconnected and incompetent C-suite leadership team. The CFO’s poor financial decisions are running the company into the ground, and upper management refuses to listen to the people who truly understand the business—its recruiters and nurses. If Atlas continues to ignore these vital voices and follows the misguided strategies of the CFO, the company will likely collapse within a few years. While it’s a great agency for nurses, the internal culture is toxic and demoralizing for employees. Unless Atlas starts valuing its recruiters and client managers and makes drastic changes in leadership, it’s hard to see a sustainable future for the company. Nurses deserve the best, but employees deserve better too.
Cons
Upper management needs to be reevaluated
