Pros
At least they don't yell at you and always try to sweet talk so you don't complain because everything else is so horrible.
Cons
- No health insurance.
- No clear job duties. You just do whatever they ask you to. For example, IT guys go out to do construction job.
- No pay stub, you don't know how much tax is withdrawn.
-Paycheck always late, sometimes up to a month.
-Manager micromanage. She wants you to talk and write verbatim to her words of choice.
-Does not provide basic amenities: no water to drink from time to time.
-Does not have system to keep track employee PTO. So it's up the management to say how many hour of PTO you have.
-Manager lies all the time, even small and trivial stuffs.
-Many more, but they're just the worst.
-So small, in financial trouble, no room to grow.
