      Pros

      Overall was a great experience. You learn a lot about the world of PT and OT and will gain a great referral for grad school.

      Cons

      Sometimes workload was too much for an aide to handle and the turnover rate was high. Constant changes and new faces.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
