The company does care about their employees and there is work/life balance. Everyone who works at Athens is dedicated and genuinely cares about their job duties and work well as a team, even in remote environments. The members of the executive leadership team are exceptional. The benefits are good. Raises and bonuses are given on an annual basis based on performance.

Cons

The system was difficult to learn, but there are no other cons.
