      Pros

      People are fun and friendly to work with. Professional work environment, but it's not stiff. Creative incentive and reward programs. Great Activities Committee.

      Cons

      There is not enough interaction among departments, and team-building company wide. I'd like to see more open spaces where people can connect.

      The company has a lot of programs and claims so you will always be needed

      Cons

      In my experience, workloads were difficult to manage, and staffing levels did not always keep pace with claim volume. Communication from management could be inconsistent, and I felt that employee concerns about training and support were not always addressed effectively. This created a stressful work environment and made it challenging to maintain work-life balance.
