Pros
The facility staff really supports each other. Usually not lacking on supplies, I have seen worse. When you communicate issues to corporate, they attempt to rectify them, within their means. Benefits are awesome.
Cons
Staff hasn't seen raises in years!!Typically pay rate for the area is bottom line. Different administration almost every year and a half. Not enough employee appreciation, which results in a lot of employee turnover. Administration appears to be oblivious to staff's workloads, continue to give more responsibilities without care. When mentioned, it's blamed on corporate. No real advocate between corporate and staff. Nursing and housekeeping Staff is also always working short staffed, with no help from administration. So new employees get burned out easily and early from being overworked.
