Work hard to promote from within. The company has been around forever. They allow you to transfer from one facility to another as long as you are eligible.
Cons
The way they issue raises makes no sense. They are not done on merit. Their wage scales are "one rate" for everyone regardless experience. They struggle to pay bills like every other health care company out there.
