Pros
Great place if you want to start if you are a new grad
Cons
They can wear you down before you even realize how exhausted you are. The company often hires people who need experience or rely on H-1B visas, which can make the environment feel exploitative.
It’s tough—there’s no easy way to put it. Despite promises of support, managers tend to be absent when you actually need them. The workload is heavy, but the pay doesn’t reflect it. There’s also an unspoken expectation to stay late, and a general lack of alignment across teams. Even with revenue down 22%, leadership resists meaningful change, instead introducing ineffective processes.
On top of that, there are strong egos among team leaders, poor communication, and little willingness to collaborate yet the expectation to deliver remains high. Boundaries are often ignored, with calls and messages coming to your personal phone even after working hours if you don’t respond.
Overall, it creates a frustrating and unsustainable work environment.
