Pros
Enjoyable, usually mostly stress-free job. Pleasant interactions with customers, and my coworkers have been great, though it may be different at your location.
Cons
Pay has been getting later and later. It's almost to the next paycheck with "no news" on the last one. Huge red flag. If you can help it, get out or don't start here.
