We were promised full time hourly, 75% off all food, plus benefits and insurance with room to progress in the company. All our benefits were stripped away, including all discounts on food. There has been over 75% turnover in the mere 5 months they've been open. This restaurant group will fail and go under within 3 years. This restaurant group is mismanaged AF. All managers are smarmy, hipster, 30 year old white women who treat their majorally African American staff rudely. Hours are cut without notice or remorse, often the day of. It seems foreign to them that you have to work hours to make money. Managers are all micro-managers with clip boards who pretend to do work while making their staff take on all tasks and guest interactions. DO NOT WORK HERE.
