Pros
This is a great place to work! I started here as a laborer many years ago and in my time here I have learned many skill sets AND interpersonal skills that have helped me in my day to day life. When I starting work here in the early 2000's this was a small company and I enjoyed learning to install multiple scopes, working with my hands and working at different places from day to day. Since then this company has become what I would consider pretty big and I have worked my way up to management. The opportunity for growth and the possibility to work your way up from the bottom is one of the great things about this company that I always brag about! Another thing I always brag on is how great our owner is. Jack has been an outstanding boss to work for. He has always shown me that not only does he have my back, but that he has my best interest and well being in mind! This job isn't easy and it's not always puppy dogs and rainbows, but if you have what it takes it is a great place to work with great ownership to work for!!
