You stay very busy and you are always being educated on the latest guidelines in the field of medical billing and coding.

A bit overwhelming at times with workload and deadlines, but the work had to get done.

You learn a lot for an entry level position. That's literally it. The bad out weighs the good. I've never worked for such an unorganized facility.

The place is a dirt bath. Absolutely filthy. Dead roaches everywhere. Mice wandering the facility is considered normal. The owner is absolutely miserable and tries to take it out on her workers. She doesn't even acknowledge the presence of anyone under her. And she's cheap and will try to cheat you out of any penny she can. Be sure you're aware of what you sign upon accepting any position, and keep copies of EVERYTHING, for they like to change things in hopes their employers won't notice.
