Pros

This event was the best leadership conference and retreat that I've ever attended. The positive atmosphere and desire to continually improve at Aspire are a testament to why we outperform our competition. The energy, conversations, and connections made this event very special. I am grateful to be part of such an amazing company, and excited for what is ahead. The Executive Leaders are amazing. It is wonderful to work with people who have a clear vision and are so committed to making Aspire the #1 insurance company. Aspire puts their employees first to make sure they know they are valuable. The level of employee engagement is unmatched. Aspire is a great example of a company that listens to its employees. Best company ever!

Pros

The company is rapidly growing and there are endless possibilities for personal career growth, The company and executive team have an open door policy ensuring all team members feel heard and supported.

Cons

With a hybrid work schedule it can be difficult to have in person connections with all team members.

Work and life balance was good

Cons

Micromanaging supervisors, not enough pay for the amount of work and stress put on by supervisors for meeting metrics. Even when you’re exceeding metrics they still try to place unreachable goals and then constantly question why you’re not meeting when you’re still above average. Not a lot of room for growth, always dangling a “promotion” in front of you but never actually go through with it. The annual merit “raises” of 50 cents are insulting and laughable. They think an end of year $1k bonus makes up for being underpaid.
