Pros
The best reason for working at Aspermont are the other staff. Despite all the obstacles working for this company, the people within it make it bearable to go to work each day. They are supportive of one another and readily help each other out. My advice: If you plan on taking on employment at Aspermont make sure you make friends, you will need them.
Cons
Outside of the editorial department there is no room for career advancement. Despite senior management promoting their desire to see employee growth this does not happen, without fail despite the qualifications of internal staff external members are hired for lucrative positions as it would be "too hard to replace people in the junior levels" which is understandable given some of these junior job roles and the low pay that goes hand in hand with them.
