Cons
I used to sing "were all a little mental, at Aspenn, Environ-mental."
just to be funny and keep morale up. But no body laughed or likes a top-of the-sales board smarty.
Very low morale and daily guilt trips from my managers probably to justify the future lead thefts.
132 customers stolen by manager-1, by way of room transfer - year 1 (was justified by calling it a firing
...and I stayed there working successfully for another 5 YEARS. ok)
Insecure, incompetent, over-worked, long-term sprayers fueled by "here-say" work-ethic/slander. I SELL EVERONE! your weak, not me.
Harassment by sprayers ending their shift back in the office with eye-daggers & repetetive unnecessary, condescending fist-bumps and arm pats (while your on the phone selling and then lose sale)--the bosses look the other way.
Regional managers show much personal material pride. new trucks, houses, hot tubs, etc
I was STILL successful and did not quit and should have.
then all a sudden in year 6 ...a new provider-lead batch. ...all downhill from there....failing business model.
