Pros
The only real positive about working at Asia Exchange is the flexibility to work from anywhere, which provides some work-life balance. However, this small perk hardly makes up for the overwhelming issues within the company. Beyond the remote work aspect, there’s little else that stands out as a benefit.
Cons
Asia Exchange’s management is the worst I’ve ever seen. Leadership is inconsistent, constantly shifting priorities with no clear direction, leaving employees confused and undervalued. The company is only interested in what benefits the management, not the people working hard to keep things running. They have a cutthroat approach to dealing with employees, kicking people out as fast as they can, especially in vulnerable situations—like pregnancy—without a second thought. The work environment is toxic, and morale is constantly low due to the mismanagement and lack of genuine support from the top. There’s no sense of responsibility towards employee welfare; it’s all about protecting management’s interests and saving face. If you’re looking for a company that values its employees, look elsewhere because here, they don’t care about people—just about covering their own backs.
