      Receive monthly pay on time. No overtimes or sell back leave pay.

      Cons

      1. Timings not respected 2. Overpromise in the selection interviews - was to lead a team but instead i was the only one 3. Overload of work for one person - targets to achieve, daily reports to write, daily back-end work, daily update in software 4. Very stress filled toxic environment. Never ending verbal threats to your pay package. Management feel you are never working and they are paying you for free. 5. The process to get leave is so long and difficult - its better to just let it go Career ending workplace
