Pros

I met two good friends

Cons

So worked for this company for a total of 6 months. During that time, I was bullied mainly by management. My call rate had gone from making 50 calls a day to going to 300. They were sending out letters to an incorrect postcode (probably around 5000) to which when I informed them, I was advised it was none of my business and continue to stick labels on the envelopes. I was let go because no one liked me, that was the excuse they gave me, but then if anything came up again they would consider me. Wouldnt touch them with a barge pole. I am aware that several people who were there when I was have since left, so it might be better, but I doubt it. Insults last a life time!

Pros

- Nice remote/hybrid setting - Other teams might be more efficient but the finance reinsurance team is a disaster full of incompetence.

Cons

- No sense of direction with management - No room for growth - They use ONE excel file that isn't even synced to OneDrive or anything and doesn't auto-save. Also, only ONE person can access the file at a time and sometimes it glitches where two people are using it simultaneously without knowing and one of their work gets overwritten. Makes absolutely zero sense but management refuses to change anything. - Everyone points fingers at one another for even the smallest issues. - Tasks are extremely competitive despite any effort to automate some of the process in Excel. Management simply does not listen and makes an easy task less efficient.
