Good work culture. - Senior UI|UX Designer/Developer Ascentspark Software Employee Review

1. Scope of skill improvement - A huge scope of developing own skill as there are many different types of projects. 2. Good environment - Very good and friendly working environment. 3. Co-operative seniors - Seniors are very helpful and supportive. 4. Work independence. 5. No undue work pressure. 6. Very good appraisal.

It is not a permanent cons but after lockdown salary time is little bit delayed. Management is working hard to solve the problem and now it is normalizing very fast. But I must say not a single paise is not deducted during the time.

I have been working here for more than 5 years. I have seen how this company has evolved during this period. 1) Great opportunity to work in and learn various technologies. 2) If you are willing, you will get to handle more responsibilities. 3) If you perform well and is responsible enough to your work, you will get highly satisfying salary increment. 4) Our Director is a very honest person in all aspects. He is a highly technical person too, and that is a great advantage in a software development company. 5) Neither a current employee, nor a former employee has ever been deprived of due salary. Sometimes it gets delayed, but never ever held back. 6) No need to lick anybody's feet to get appraisal. If one works hard her/his effort gets noticed. I am a member of the Design department. So here are some points on the UI/UX team 1) You will get full control of your projects. 2) You will get 100% assistance from other members. 3) You are free to introduce new ideas and technologies. 4) The team is never satisfied until we come to the conclusion that it is most towards perfection. 5) No office politics I don't falsely praise anybody. I don't need to.

1) Communication problem arises in some occasions, which get the work delayed. But this happens rarely. During the work-from-home situation we all know that communication is a little hard. 2) Working in late hours. Though it is never necessary to work late, if we work hard during the working hours. Still in some occasions we work till late when we (the employees) think it is of higher necessity and it is our responsibility. There is no external pressure. 3) Sometimes our salary gets delayed, and paid in parts, when the company gets into financial trouble. But in my 5-year-career in this company, salary has never been held back.
