      1- Good product, interesting work depends by the project you get involved 2- Very helpful team mates, but every team is different 3- Managers are usually friendly and helpful 4- Fair PTO

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
