Main pro:
I've been with Ascendia for more than a year now and they have shown that they will always advocate for their employees, whether that relates to negotiating pay with the client, or simply checking in on what an employee might need while working for the client.
Nitty gritty pros:
- Fully work from home (I'm from the Philippines)
- Provides all equipment
- Trusts in the employee's skill and work ethic: no micromanagement
- Encourages good team relationships with team gatherings / online meetings
- Provides employee support to help stay BAU in times of calamity
- Management is approachable and open to discuss any issues
