Ascend is one of the most genuine and mission-driven places I’ve ever worked. Leadership really cares about people and families, not just numbers. I feel supported to do my best work and to use my skills to help our BCBAs and RBTs succeed. The flexibility to work from home and take care of my child means a lot. Also, the team here is amazing - caring, professional, always supporting each other. I’d recommend Ascend to anyone.

Working with insurance can sometimes be tough, and I do more of it than I initially expected. I'm not an insurance person by training and have learned a lot about the ways insurance makes access to treatment difficult for families, which is unfortunate. Also, sometimes I end up working late, but the flexibility makes it worth it.
