Management is non existent or not on site. The company needs some better organisation and management with people who are present onsite daily to help the company move forward, stay on task, and develop into the future.
General manager does our payroll, don’t really have an HR person here. No place to voice complaints and harassment we go through and/or witness. Boss is busy with is contracting job and forgets a lot of his own commands and instructions at work; Then blames employees of his short comings even when things are in writing/text/emails and eye witness's.
