Worst place to work - Human Resources Trainee Aryan HRD Solutions Employee Review

1. Shabby work location, the building is a residency and it looks like it might fall down any minute. During monsoon there is waterlogg in and around the office. Can barely accommodate 7 people max in the space. 2. Micro management. Silly hierarchy structure. Has a TL for managing 2 employees. Constantly checking all your actions (Even noticing your bathroom breaks). 3. Salaries not paid on time. No f&f structure they will simply pay you a lump sum amount without explaining you the calculations. 4. Does not provide the most basic facility of drinking water. 5. Favoritism 6. Due to less number of staff, they will not allow you to take day off.
