Cons
And he 're the biggest issues: -Lower Management is controlled by idiots who are not able to speak proper English -Miss communication from company side, they let you work on weekends and don't give your overtime properly as discussed. -Top performers are getting demotivated and sanctioned by incapable Team Leads who have no clue about their job and how to motivate people. -Colleagues are great, but the environment creates a big negativity in the room. -The client controls the vendor. This is not unusual, but especially at Arvato you feel threaten as a human 2nd class, if the client is visible. -When you're sick during your probation time, they have no understanding for sending you home to let your cure. Instead of that, you receive a warning for "sleeping on the floor" -Micro Management and not understandable processes make you feel limited as a sales passionate person. -They expect you to overdeliver with a poor salary. As a sanction they can block your bonus, which is not even competitive, for 12 month and expect you to stay further in the company. -Training is designed too long and packed. You're getting frustrated, when you try to ramp up fast in the beginning, but unnecessary trainings make you feel tired and demotivated. -When you start on the floor you have to fight more or less for your knowledge. They don't provide you any coaching person and ask you to borrow your busy understaffed colleagues with questions -If something doesn't work, it takes ages to get it repaired and nobody has a clue, who is the responsible for something. -Overall It looks like, that they try to soak every single cent of your salary back.
