Pros
There are very few pros to working here, the two positives that I can take away are as follows:
1 .) The fellow employees are fantastic to work with, working on-site at schools never feels loathsome
2.) Seeing the kids happy that they got a good photo
Cons
These are a few notable cons:
1.) Terrible communication between HR, Management and the employees. Often was left in the dark about key information as well as avoidable confusion. I was also lied to about a few things during the interview which I only found out once I was hired.
2.) SEVERELY underpaid employees. For a company that makes as much money as they do, the employees are paid near minimum wage considering the skilled positions they hold, myself included.
3.) Lack of support for employees, often left to please the clients without any back up from the company.
4.) Low foresight. There is often a 'It worked this way before so we will do it that way' mindset, not one of continuous growth. Suggestions usually left on deaf ears,
5.) No workflow or pipeline when it comes to many things, too many programs and systems that are not up to date so it is hard to get critical information on jobs.
