Pros
You work as an independent contractor which is rough but suitable towards this type of work. Wages top out at 23 an hour, pretty good for this line of work. Management really cares about each contractor and if you are willing to work, show up on time for clients, and get good feedback, you'll continue to work and get higher wages.
Cons
Clients are tough going. Upper class (money management, CEO, desperate housewife quality). They are difficult and somewhat demanding, not all the time, you can find some really wonderful families with AB but in my experience they are few and far between. ABS takes 15% off the top.
