Pros
- Working on a platform that elevates one of the biggest industries - Driven but also decent and caring founders - Very bright team or nice people - Interesting and stimulating technical challenges - "You will get what you pay for" mentality in a good way - Highly autonomous environment as a result of competent people
Cons
- Communication between teams could be better - Feedback loops could be tighter (hard with tech that fundamentally changes existing processes)
