If you have other options, don't come here. Company outlook isn't good. Incompetent leadership and some rude / entitled folks. Many good people are leaving.

Can’t think of any pros.

Overworked, Underpaid, No transparency, No unlimited PTO as advertised, Bad work culture, No advancement, No growth opportunities, Unclear expectations, Poor management/leadership, No work life balance, etc……
