None, it's a great place to work!

- Being at a Golf Course - Free Golf (you can only play golf as many times as days you work that week; also any guest accompanying you must be approved by one of the owners.) - Trying to do a good thing for the local community

- $14/hr pay for 6-8/hr days; you are expected to always find something to be working on, but training is not provided to the employees on 'what' to do. No instructions are left either. - Harassed by text or phone call when live camera is reviewed by owners at will. - Owner(s) speaking unprofessionally about members, guests and employees to other, members, guests and employees. Many conversations are overhead by staff. - Employee time clock is manipulated, overtime and lunch time punches are fixed to not pay OT. When owners have been asked by staff to see their time clock punches, they are unable to provide it at the time asked.
