Pros
The benefits were great as well of the support from certain leaders. Some departments were great about mentoring younger employees to help with their careers.
Cons
Once some key people left the organization, there were some major changes that had to be implemented by a lot of new people. There was definitely a culture shift during these times. Promises of opportunity were not kept and it was difficult to move up the ladder.
