Free shoes 1 pair a year.
Cons
The way Amazon treats their drivers.
They do this thing called the top 10 where only the ones with the best scores get to be the first 10. They get to be the first 10. Then sometimes you're left with a not so nice vehicle.
Needs assigned vehicles to drivers even if it's more than 1 driver.
Plenty of work. Always trying to make our lives easier as drivers. Fun group, and the owner has great direction.
Cons
The morning process seems like it could be streamlined. You have to get there 30-45 minutes before your shift starts in order to get a good vehicle for the day and that time is not paid for...It would be nice if there was a geo-fenced way of clocking in on your own that didn't let you clock in before a certain time. (you have to wait for the shift manager to bring the phones for you to clock in with)
