      Pros

      Casual dress and a young team.

      Cons

      Long hours, commission got cut this year in order to "improve the company" yet employees are seeing no type of return on investment for losing money they should be earning. Upper management is impossible to talk to and whenever faced with an issue they pass it off like a game of hot potato never resolving anything.

      Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

      Cons

      Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
