HORRIBLE from the TOP DOWN - RN Staff Nurse Army Residence Community Employee Review

Senior Management is deplorable. They do NOT care about their employees. There will be a pretty picture painted for you at the very beginning like free employee meals, the work out facility etc... but you will soon see that their leadership is HORRIBLE. From the top down there is a culture of nastiness. They do not care about their employees they will fire you or force you out on a whim.
