Terrible - Cyss Assistant Army Family and MWR Programs Employee Review

These centers are terrible, if the parents knew how stressed out the staff is they would not bring their children. For a center that serves the military the cyss centers are subpar. The staff constantly calls out, the managers think they are the masters of a plantation where their staff have to do what they say. Some classroom staff is more qualified to be a manager than the actual manager but there is no promotion, unless you belong to a specific demographic group..
