Wow, what an experience. Intelligent thoughtful management that cares about employees. Growth and promotion opportunities, a complete in house training facility for Guard Cards, Firearms Permits, OC Spray and baton, you name it. When I left they were arranging special discounted prices for body armor, these guys just do everything right from first to last.

Sad to say right now they are limited to Southern California , so moving to Florida eneded my time with them, too bad really. But they really worked with you on family commitments, discounted equipment and actual promotions and career growth.
