- AWFUL HR department - disgusting office politics - no career/skills development - toxic work environment - high employee turn over rate - doesn't value employees (considered as highly dispensable) - deliberately tries to avoid complying with numerous Kuwait labour laws - unfair treatment of employees (will treat you based on your nationality, position, and how close you are to the owners/higher management, etc) - no word of honour - make promises they will deliberately not keep - a lot of fake/pretentious people in higher management - shameless snitches/moles, who exaggerate issues, proudly make their connections known to elevate their standing and importance - will ask employees to lie/break laws for their benefit - will leave you high and dry - no proper venue to air out complaints because management is all in on it - 6 work days for low-level employees from poor/under-developed/developing nations, 5 work days for nationals of first-world countries/developed nations - work on jobs that are not in your job description/part of your job - will take it against you when you complain about work-related/company-related issues - those in positions on power pick on employees who they deem as a threat to their standing - higher management don't listen to their low-level employees - credit is not given to the rightful people - higher management take all the credit or only credits those who are in their good-graces/in league with them - works with the mentality of just getting things done ASAP or else، without considering realistic time frames and available resources - those in higher positions are unwilling to troubleshoot issues early on, will then proceed with the required work and will calculatingly pass on the blame when things blow up - low-level employees get in trouble and become fall-guys because those in higher positions just do part of their work and make their subordinates do the heavy-lifting/finish their jobs for them - conflict of interest within the company is tolerated by management if the people involved are favoured by them - management will try to wiggle out of the dues they owe employees
