Pros
You get a ton of experience because they just throw you into your job with little training; you learn how to handle a ton of scenarios; you get great customer service experience; you'll get to do some cool things that you've never had the chance to experience like wedding planning and interacting with international horse owners.
Cons
Low pay for the long hours you work; you don't get credit for everything you do because your boss will take the credit, but if you do something wrong, everyone will hear about it; for as busy as you are during the summer, you're equally not busy during the off season and it can be very boring; the dress code: girls are required to wear panty hose and cover their shoulders, even during the summer.
