Employees are either related or have some type of relation to each other and it makes it harder for new employees to come in and pursue a career with them. Management will only give you a few chances and discard you like trash if your work isn’t good enough. They don’t care if you’re a nice or good person, if your work performance lacks just a little bit, they’ll automatically think you’re terrible at your job. Before getting fired, they’ll make you work throughout your shift and fire you at the end of your shift. Ridiculous right?
