      - Community feeling at the company. - Opportunities to learn, progress and trial new ideas. - Pro-activity encouraged to optimise day to day processes. - Career progression for 'execs' to gradually take-on management responsibilities. - Good relationships with clients - Still welcomed when visiting the company.

      - Stressful due to industry (time sensitivity) - Workload can fluctuate and cause bottlenecks - Turnover of execs
