Poor well below average salaries for staff but company has head in the clouds and think they pay good average engineer salarys. They are way off the national average.
Get promised sun moon and stars never happens, managemnet only care about making themselves look good and the staff on the graound are the minions to help them active that.
The company says it cares about its staff but its not really the case when people are genuinely sick or have meantal health issues due to the stress they are caused they are hounded for doctors certs or sent to company dotor for second opnion.
Same management has been in place for many years and all have each others back to stay in their postions or to get promoted up the ladder.
Most of the good staff have left over the last 3yrs due to nothing changhing some of which were in the company 10- 20yrs just allowed to leave and taking good experience and knowledge with them.
