      Toxic leadership and rampant office politics dominate - Technical Lead Aristocrat Employee Review

      Pros

      Marvelous company where some egoistic person's leads the show. They run monthly peekon surveys to find out the sleeps to cut down in next lay off. Worst leadership where some of them just doing bad with some innocent team members just to fulfill egos. Terminate a pregnant woman because she deny to fulfill their managers requirements. One who are fulfilling managers requirement, getting all awards.

      Cons

      Marvelous, marvelous and marvelous. Join and eat food at low cost . In this company now a days too much politics, awards given to those who are ready to give anything to those leasders. Non technical persons leading the teams by licking the top management. Even you can find out some senior managers without a single reportee. But they were still on job, so you can easily understand what they were offering in respect of job.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
