Pros

Teamwork amongst several different teams is exceptional.

Cons

Clueless upper management due to the extent of the company size, leading to most higher-ups not having a basic understanding of what the industry that they are working in involves. Redundancy in Malta office was also handled very poorly, where employees were left constantly confused as to what was going on.

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
