Pros
The people are very nice and the management are easy to get on with an reasonable. This would be a great place to work if their was room for progression or better pay. Lax dress code and you can use external websites and your phones. Great exp for your first call centre.
Cons
Pay is poor; everyone starts on 19,000. TL's get 25k. No room for progression. No pension or health insurance. Terrible coffee, bad computers. No pay increase or reason to keep good staff.
