The most unprofessional organisation to work with. I have worked here for around 3 months. All the recent positive reviews which is seen here are on request to friends and families and manipulated. The owner of the company is the most unprofessional and bugging person I have ever seen. Even if you do your best, it will be hardly visible to the management because the management is highly incapable. They posses zero knowledge about the current market of the creative advertising. The owner will make your life miserable. Please don't make the mistake of working with Arham. I worked there for 3 months and learned why a 6 years old company doesn't go anywhere in the market to be recognised. They have not even stopped themselves from threatening their employees. I might sound rude but I fail to refrain from venting out my frustration by mentioning that the owner of Arham is the most incompetent, unprofessional, demotivating, unreasonable, illbehaved, threatening, unproductive and uncultured people. Please be aware of this nightmare company.
