Pros
None anymore. Was a great job before the company was taken over by Sainsbury's, but they've destroyed it.
Cons
Since being taken over by Sainsbury's the whole job has gone down the pan. The new Fulfilment centres are a joke, run by clowns who don't have a clue what they're doing & treat drivers like dirt.
