Pros
Children are doesn't speak English as first language and don't try to even learn to speak English and nice job when to come trip to London, harry potter studios, Cambridge and Windsor.
Cons
The management was very bad with people with learning disabilities not very supportive and patient. Work long hour and you will tried most of time and bad iving conditions was not suitable no blind on window and so wake up about 5 am and need the extra sleep and the management does care about staff warfare when should care.
