Cons

Limited training. Inefficient software tools and resources cause long call times and scheduling mistakes to occur. Favoritism. Schedulers are forced to use their PTO to take holidays off, or go without pay. Bad management. I never got my stuff back from my desk.

Not really sure, but would like to work remote if only that was possible
